Performance
Per-employee task throughput, backlog, and how often work slips past its deadline.
The Employee Performance page gives managers a read on how the team is handling its workload: how much work each person is assigned, how much they complete, how often they finish on time, and how much is currently overdue.
Where it lives
Workspace, HR, Performance.
Choosing a time range
The top of the page has range buttons: 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. The range controls which assignments and completions are counted in the windowed columns and charts. It defaults to 30 days.
Team summary table
The main table has one row per workspace member. Columns are grouped into three sections:
Assigned
- Total: tasks assigned to that person within the selected window.
Completed (within the selected window)
- On time: tasks completed on or before their deadline.
- Late: tasks completed after their deadline.
- Total: on-time plus late completions.
Open (current state, not windowed)
- Due: open tasks that are not yet past their deadline.
- Overdue: open tasks that are past their deadline.
- Total: due plus overdue.
Click any column header to sort by it. Click a row to open that person's drilldown below. The table is paginated, with a rows-per-page selector at the bottom.
Drilldown for one employee
Below the table is a Drilldown card. Pick someone from the dropdown, or click their row in the summary table, to see a time-series breakdown for the selected range.
The drilldown shows:
Stat cards for the window: Assigned, Completed, Open, Overdue now, and Completed late.
Tasks completed by day: a stacked area chart of tasks completed each day, split into completed and completed-late.
Daily backlog: a bar chart comparing tasks assigned per day against the count of open tasks that were overdue on that day.
How the numbers are counted
- A task counts as completed when its submission is approved.
- A completion is late when the approval lands after the task's deadline.
- A task is overdue when it is still open and past its deadline.
- Windowed columns (Assigned, the Completed group) count activity inside the selected range. The Open group always reflects the current state, no matter which range is selected.
