Configuring your organisation

Name, slug, currency, branding, set the basics for your workspace.

Your organisation's settings live at Dashboard → Settings. The page is split into a few cards.

Identity

  • Organisation name, 2 to 100 characters. Visible to your team in the org switcher and on PDFs.
  • Default currency, used when you don't override it on an invoice or quote. Choose from USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, INR, SGD, AED, JPY, CHF, HKD, NZD.

Click Save when done.

Workspace access

  • Slug, the URL fragment for your workspace, e.g. acmenexuserp.dev/workspace/acme. 3–50 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. Cannot start or end with a hyphen.

Changing the slug changes everyone's URL, so do this early in your org's life or coordinate with the team. If you've verified a custom domain, the slug input becomes read-only, your custom domain is the canonical URL.

Branding

  • Logo, upload a PNG or SVG (max 4 MB). Auto-resized to 256px.
  • Theme presets, seven preconfigured colour combinations. Click one to apply.
  • Fine-tune, pick exact hex values for primary colour, accent colour, sidebar colour, and sidebar text colour.
  • Border radius, sharp, default, rounded, or pill. Controls the curve on every button, card, and input.

The right side of the card is a live preview that updates as you adjust. Click Save to commit.

Where the branding shows up

  • The workspace header and sidebar
  • Generated PDFs (invoices, quotes)
  • The client portal (if you have White-labelling enabled)

Permissions you'll need

You need Manage Org to edit any of these settings. Owners and Admins have it by default.
