Terms of Service

By accessing or using Nexus ERP (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Nexus ERP is operated by Rivant Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd. with CIN: U73100MH2024PTC424547 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and have authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nexuserp.dev if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use that we were not made aware of.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise its security or availability.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service except where applicable law expressly permits.
• Upload, store, or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates anyone’s rights.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages, spam, malware, or to harass others.
• Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties without our written permission.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the cycle you select (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Seat counts and add-ons are calculated as described on our Pricing page. Taxes (where applicable) are charged in addition to listed fees.

You can cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing. After cancellation your subscription stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Full refunds are available within 7 days of any paid subscription, as detailed in our Refund Policy. After this window, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

New workspaces receive a 14-day Growth-tier trial. No credit card is required to start. We may modify, shorten, or discontinue trials at any time.

You retain all ownership of the data, files, messages, and other content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload Your Content and for backing up anything you cannot afford to lose. You can export Your Content at any time via the dashboard or our developer API.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Rivant Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Cloudinary, Razorpay, AWS). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users, our infrastructure, or our business. Where reasonable we will give you notice and a chance to cure the breach.

You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your workspace. After termination we retain Your Content for 30 days so you can export it, then permanently delete it (unless we are legally required to keep it for longer).

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rivant Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
