Refund Policy

If Nexus ERP isn't right for your team, you have a week to get your money back. No questions asked.

The promise

You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days of any paid Nexus ERP subscription payment, and we will return the full amount to your original payment method. No forms, no negotiation, no “why are you leaving” survey to fight through.

What's eligible

  • Both monthly and yearly subscriptions on every paid tier.
  • Storage add-on packs purchased alongside your subscription.
  • The first payment of each new billing cycle. The 7-day window resets at every renewal, so an unintended renewal can still be refunded.

What's not eligible

  • The free 14-day trial (nothing to refund).
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the payment date.
  • Pass-through charges from third-party providers that have already been incurred (e.g. WhatsApp per-conversation fees billed by Meta). These are itemised separately on your invoice.
  • Workspaces terminated by us for breach of our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email support@nexuserp.dev from the email address associated with your workspace. Include:

  1. Your workspace name or organization slug.
  2. The date and amount of the payment you want refunded.
  3. Optionally, what didn’t work for you. We read every reply and use them to improve the product. (Optional. Really.)

We will confirm the refund within 1 business day and process it within 7 business days. The amount usually appears on your card or bank statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.

What happens to your workspace

When a refund is issued, the corresponding subscription is cancelled immediately. Your workspace stays accessible until the end of the period you originally paid for, after which it transitions to read-only access. As with any cancellation, Your Content is exportable for 30 days and then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

After the 7-day window

Beyond 7 days, fees become non-refundable. You can still cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing to stop further charges; your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate mid-cycle cancellations.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something feels wrong, please email us first. Almost everything we have ever seen has a one-line fix. Filing a chargeback before contacting us makes the refund slower for everyone and may temporarily lock the workspace until the dispute resolves.
